我想申請Whitecliffe college of art and design 這所大學她說英文條件要如下:雅思5.0 （大学本科预备课程） 雅思5.5 （证书/文凭课程） 托福550 剑桥英语一级证书（通过B级） Aspect 英语水平测试 可以幫我解釋一下嘛???簡體字看不太懂順便能幫我找一下這些的 資料嗎?大概要全民英檢幾級才會過?
